Holy cow, week one is gone. Is a good thing the first week is gone unless you are me and have not really done much in terms of preparing for the race other than an adult rec softball game. Don’t get me wrong I am paying for being a naughty child and not getting ready for at least this game. My legs are sore! And that’s just a softball game on a breezy Sunday morning .
I figured since I was not a good girl this week training and eating right I can share the fitness plan I will be using to get my butt in shape on the unofficial week one training for Nathalie’s Spartan Race Challenge

On week one, the fitness plan requires me to walk/run for 21 minutes . I need to complete 6 intervals of 30 seconds running and 3 minute walks. I will likely do this 5 or 6 days a week depending on my schedule at work and my kiddo’s schedule (I’m a mom remember!). Wish me luck and I will see you in next week’s update!
