Product Review-Wet N Wild Photo Focus Foundation

porcelain1Hello again! Here I am with a new foundation review. I know I’ve been MIA for some days now but I’m back with another product review. Now, this foundation has me on the fence. Coverage wise I feel that it does what is supposed to do, is a good amount of coverage and in my case I did not have to layer it to get that effect. The application is quite good with a brush and I feel the product slides quite well on the skin. This product has a very neat wand, I don’t think I have ever tried a product that comes with a wand as an applicator. I’ve always had the usual pump or no pump scenario but I must say I like it. I might change my mind as time progresses and we have to get the last bit of the product off the bottle but for now I like it. As I mentioned above, I used a brush to apply the foundation and the application was quite smooth but the product itself felt a little heavy to me.

The crazy part is that it felt heavy because it felt oily, I don’t know if it was me or the product itself or if it just does not interact well with my primer. I have oily skin but I do apply it on top pf my primer on freshly washed and moisturized face. It is not a deal breaker but is a feeling that doesn’t go away during the day, this morning I blotted my skin as the product was setting and that seemed to help a bit but if you are planning on acquiring this item have this in mind. The product does look fine and I have to blot as usual to keep my oiliness at bay but the longevity I get with it is similar to the one i get with my Maybelline Fit Me foundation. This product comes in a very broad shade range (20 shades!!!) and I have to say that the colors available and the price makes this foundation a versatile one and easy to color match your skin because mixing shades is possible and cheap too! ($5.99 @ WNW Website)

Another claim this foundation makes is that is mean to make you look flawless and not create a white cast in photographs, unfortunately I have not tried to take any selfies or photos with it on. I will update you on that soon =)

Let me know if you have tried this foundation and what your thoughts are on it!

Take Care!!!
