I’m writing this post from the office, now dont think that I’ve dropped out of my race. The Race is still on and I’m still participating in it, I just have not trained for it 😅. My weekly increase in running time strategy from Pinterest is not paying off…because I only did it for a week 😒. I’m not gonna make any excuses as to why I have not trained properly but I will I can say that I will start over and there will be another week one post coming soon.
Since I’ve been slacking off I decided to share a couple of songs that I find are great for a good Run or cardio sesh (not that I’ve been using them 😒) but they make me want to exercise (even if I don’t 😅)
